1300 MT LPG Terminal Project
SkidTech has successfully completed the installation of two Horton Spheres, each with a capacity of 650MT, in East Africa. The Terminal project, designed according to the latest trends, safety standards, and available technologies in the industry, has now been purchased on lease by Oryx Energies.
Automation, NDT, and Maintenance of LPC Storage for Maldive Gas
SkidTech Engineering successfully completed the Automation, Non-destructive testing (NDT), and maintenance work for a 750 MT LPG Horton Sphere and 5X 50 MT LPG Bullets for Maldive Gas at Thilafushi Island, Republic of Maldives. This project highlights our expertise in delivering comprehensive solutions for large-scale LPG storage facilities.
LPG Terminal Fire Fighting Solution with water capacity of 2 Million Litres
SkidTech Engineering successfully built and commissioned an automated fire fighting solution for an LPG terminal. This project features five fire fighting engines and a 2 million-liter fire water tank, complete with an extensive pipeline network, ensuring top-tier safety and efficiency.
Restoration of MLA and associated facilities at reconstructed SCB, FACT - WILLINGDON ISLAND, KOCHI
SkidTech Engineering was honored to be awarded the contract for the restoration of the Marine Loading Arm (MLA) and associated facilities at the reconstructed SCB, FACT - Kochi. The project involved laying a 12" Ammonia pipeline, installing associated fire fighting and control lines, and performing comprehensive maintenance, shifting, and re-erection of two Marine Unloading Arms at Cochin Port. Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 protocols, SkidTech Engineering completed the project on time with exceptional dedication and efficiency. Our team received special recognition for timely execution, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and adaptability under unprecedented circumstances.

Skid Mounted LPG Bottling
SkidTech has successfully completed various models of Skid Systems in multiple locations in Africa. The movable Skid Systems are designed to fill LPG cylinders from 4Kg to 50Kg. Few of them are with radar level gauges and with remote monitoring system.
Gas Stations (ALDS)
STEPGAS, a brand owned by SkidTech is an Auto LPG operator with its own gas stations across the country. Multiple stations are in various cities across the country in various stages like commercially in operation, installation phases etc.
LPG Storage Terminal
SkidTech has successfully completed the first LPG Terminal in the Horn of Africa. This LPG Terminal is a fully automated and designed as per the latest trends, safety standards and technologies available in the Industry with bulk loading.
LPG Bottling Plant
SkidTech has successfully installed and commissioned multiple LPG bottling plants all over India. The bottling plants are in various configurations like fully automatic with conveyers, semi-automatic and a few in manual operation mode based on the plan.
Underwater Pipeline
This project is the second phase of LPG Storage Terminal in the Horn of Africa. SkidTech is executing the onshore and offshore pipeline for offloading LPG from the ship/vessel. The 1300 Meters seamless pipes are 3LPE and CWC coated.
